Rules & Regulations
NO Pets (if upon return there is pet hair, lessee will be subject to a cleaning fee of $100.)
NO Smoking ($25. per burn mark)
No glass containers
Designated driver required
Late return of boat will result in a charge of $50 per hour
Excessive trash/sand subject to a cleaning fee $50.
Any damage to boat or jet-ski is to be paid by lessee

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
All reserved boats must be paid in full 7 days in advance upon reservation.
$100 deposit required per day for daily reservation.
7 day cancellation or loss of deposit.
For multi-day reservation - 14 day cancellation or loss of deposit.

Weather cancellation policy at manager's discretion.
(note: the weather on the lake is different than on the coast, it may be raining in Portland, but sunny at the lake)
